UFO Mother Ship Traced to Dighton

HAYS, Kan. (UPI) - Kansas authorities are puzzling over the significance of unidentified flying objects appearing over west-central Kansas in the past week.

A chart of the UFO sightings for the past week shows them all within a near-equilateral triangle, with sides about 120 miles long. Hays lies in the center of that triangle and has reported the majority of the recent sightings.

One corner is Lyons, to the southeast, where two of the fiery red hovering objects were seen Wednesday night. The northern corner is Phillipsburg, where a similar UFO was spotted before dawn Wednesday.

The southwest corner of the triangle is at Dighton, where the phenomenon has recurred regularly since February. Dighton Police Chief M. R. Shelton, who has seen the "things" personally, said the UFO's reappear there every three to four days.

Within the triangle are at least six other towns where nighttime aerial phenomena have been reported in the past two days. Ellis, 15 miles west of Hays, reported five UFOs visible at the same time in the predawn hours Thursday.

Along with positive sightings, (most verified by police officers,) there have been a few even more unusual reports. A Hays police dispatcher said one citizen called in to report a craft with something like strings or "parachutes" hanging below them.

"We even had one with little skis reported on it," the officer said.

SHELTON, whose men have seen the red and white lights frequently, said every time he has seen it, "I'm dumbfounded and think, 'What the hell is it?'"

Dan Garcia, an investigator for the Unidentified Flying Object Bureau in Oklahoma City, said Thursday he believed the object sighted southwest of Dighton was a mother ship.

"The reason we think the mother ship is at Dighton is that there has not been a single report of a ship heading toward the site southwest of Dighton," Garcia said. "They have all been going away."

Garcia, who spent a weekend in Dighton several weeks ago, said there seems to be a pattern in the movements of the objects. "The only thing that ties the reports together is the three reservoirs in the area of Russell, Stockton and Hays," Garcia explained. They (the objects) have been reported previously to draw water from large lakes and reservoirs."

I sometimes think this particular file will never end.

THIS IS A SHOCKER! To me, anyway. Because I used two techniques only on Cleveland-Akron to tearch it (the area) to pay attention to UFO's and PK Men. One was the 4 huge UFO's reflecting sun's rays onto the area. The other was The Deadly Triangle. A BRAND NEW TECHNIQUE THE SI'S GAVE ME SEVERAL MONTHS AGO, JUST BEFORE THE APOLLO SHOT. Now note here...that the TRIANGLE area represents UFO sightings! (But over Kansas...not Cleveland-Akron)...?

My theory: the Si's often "talk" by "acting" out something...And the fact this got into print and forwarded to me...probably means they are telling me I am on the right track by my use of the Deadly Triangle. (This Triangle was the devastating force I drew back from using when with the two government radar experts on the Chesapeake Bay area.)

UFO Charges Sheriff's Officers

MANHATTAN, Kan. -- Two Riley County sheriff's officers saw an unidentified flying object charged them early Wednesday after they turned off the red lights on their patrol car, coming as close as a mile.

Officers Larry Henry, 25, and E. J. Bernard, 23, said they observed the UFO near Randolph, Kan., in northern Riley County.

They described it as triangular in shape, with a long, pointed front, white, in color with a yellow halo around it, and a blue flame shooting out the rear.

The officers pulled their car off the road after the sighting, and turned on their flashing lights. The object appeared to shy away. When they turned their lights off the object started coming toward their car. The officers estimated it came as close as a mile away before disappearing.

The officers reported four other sightings during the early-morning hours, and similar sightings were reported by law officers in Shawnee, Clay, Franklin and Wabaunsee counties.

Henry and Bernard said the object made no noise, but orange and red flames appeared when it turned.

Similar sightings have been reported recently in about a dozen locations in western Kansas.

TO MY SCIENTISTS...

In the previous xerox, enclosed, you will see where the "pattern of UFO sightings" is triangular.

In this clipping, you will see where the UFO's themselves, as seen by police officers all over Kansas, are triangular.

To me, this is most significant...inasmuch as the UFO's taught me the "Deadly Triangle" technique as I returned from Ohio...and then I used, with absolutely devastating effect. (As mentioned in previous communications.)

I do have a theory about this. It is my belief...that when I use the "Deadly Triangle"... (and remember, it is so devastating that I refused to use it on the tremendous Radar Demonstration I gave...for fear of what it might do to the Chesapeake Bay area)...it is a signal, acts as a telepathic signal, which brings in the Deadly Triangular UFO's onto my target (Hurricane Agnes; Cleveland's Week of Horror; etc.)

As a matter of passing interest...the UFO's have instructed me to use the Deadly Triangle against my now 15 FKid pro football teams... JUST ONE TIME...that is, in just one game... THE WORST TO LAST FOR THE ENTIRE SEASON.

I have begun putting this program into operation, against the Rams, the Colts, etc., some time ago. The object is not the winning or losing of games, primarily...it is the stripping of teams of key players... Roman Gabriel, Bubba Smith, etc.

Note: Hundreds and hundreds of people have written me, telling me how well their discs work! Am enclosing a few samples for you to see, from time to time. Ted.

Now they tell me...they are "upping my power". Moving me to a higher point on the
psi-force spectrum. Soon I am to begin working in a medium which only top
astronomers such as Dr. Hynek would understand...changing and affecting the paths of
planets and stars...working in outer space...with the Sun, the Moon, and other planets.

You know, I used to be in show business, long years ago...and I used to stop the show
by flicking open a foot-long Italian stiletto and throwing it fifteen feet through the
straw hat on top of my wife's head. As a joke, the MC used to say: "Now what will he
do for an encore?" Well, I had been wondering what I would "do for an encore" after
controlling the last Apollo mission (called in advance to Dr. Hynek; then controlling
a huge radar station (FAA) with my mind...confirmed in writing by a government expert
who was there; and now stopping Cleveland silly with my psi-force techniques, first
lists in specific detail what I was going to do, then doing it....

so this is the "encore"...now...moving from earth to affect outer space with my mind,
directed by the UFO intelligences with which I work. I'll try and keep you all informed.
If you want to be sure to be informed...you'd better send me some money, to ante up in
this private game. I need some help, as I've said many times...and only two people have
helped, Evelyn and George. That's it. Out of 35 people. Either you put a value on what
I am doing, and am keeping you informed of...or you don't.

-- Now, 6 scientists...the two miracles I wanted to do for you several weeks ago, and which
fell through because I couldn't get through to you on the phone...one was: I was going to
give you the choice of which you wanted to win, Bobby Fisher, or Spassky. At that time
Spassky was winning, and easily. I was going to ask Dr. Hynek, or Dr. Fogel...you want
Fisher to win? But I couldn't get through on the phone. (When I am "hot" on a miracle,
the mail is far too slow...which is why it isn't stupid for SOMEBODY to set up a "hot-line"
for me)...so anyway I decided to give the Russians a look at real psi-force...and I "hit"
PK mechanisms...to confuse his mind. And it has worked beautifully. Of course, this has no
value whatsoever...because I couldn't get through to Hynek and Fogel to tell them what I was
doing...but I ATTACKED SPASSKY'S MIND! All right...now the reason I am bringing this up is...
IF THE RUSS ARE SO FAR AHEAD OF US IN PSI-FORCE TECHNIQUES...WHY COULDN'T THEIR EXPERTS HAVE
FUZZED UP FISHER'S MIND...AS I HAVE DONE TO SPASSKY'S MIND? (I refer you to the book, "Psychic
Discoveries Behind The Iron Curtain"). Hell, if they can't knock out Fisher's mind, just one
single chess player...as I have done Spassky's...I can assure you THAT THEY ARE NOT SO FAR
ADVANCED AT ALL. And coming from me, you'd better believe it.

# Celeste Lashes Gas-Laden Atoll

HONOLULU (UPI)-Hurricane Celeste hurled 5-foot-high waves and 150 mile-per-hour winds Sun- day onto Johnston Island, the 44- foot-high coral atoll storehouse for 11,000 tons of lethal nerve and mustard gas.

No one remained on the United States' mid-Pacific death-gas ar- senal to report on the storm's ef- fect. All 350 men were evacuated because "to remain would be too great a risk."

The National Weather Service said the howling wind and tor- rents of waves would strip the land of trees and signs as well as cause "very severe and extensive roofing and glass damage to structures."

A Weather Service spokesman said surf conditions on Johnston Island would result in "major erosion of beach lands" and "ma- jor damage to structures near the shore due to flooding and tor- tery action."

Most of the atoll is 6 to 10 feet above sea level and the Weather Service said such terrain would be "flooded as far inland as six miles."

At first the Air Force said there would be no evacuation be- cause "facilities are adequate." But as the hurricane picked up ferocity, officials changed their minds.

"All munitions and equipment was secured to the maximum ex- tent possible prior to evacuation" the Air Force said.

A reconnaissance flight was sent to the island to decide if, and how, the men would be able to re- turn. If the runway was not usa- ble, it was speculated that an ad- vance team would have to return by sea.

The island, about 700 miles southeast of here, is controlled by the military, and there are no commercial flights there. Its top-secret facilities are shrouded in mystery, and newsmen are not allowed, but it is known that the gases are stored in artillery shells.

When the gas was transferred from Okinawa, an Army spokes- man said it would be stored in existing earth-covered steel bunkers called "igloos."

A military spokesman would not say where, at what depth, or at what elevation the bunkers are located.

The gas is so deadly that when it was moved from Okinawa, schools and homes along the trucking route were cleared. The Nixon administration de- cided to store the gas on John- ston after residents of Guam and Alaska began an outcry upon learning that their areas were being considered as storage sites.

Today I worked over the map twice (morning) ... end wes mulling over in my mind more methodology with which to get & "lock" on this sustained heet problem which I mist control with psi-force for several months ... and the Si's suddenly communicated with me. MORE crop growth ... and letter yet, the "field of discs" will act as a huge magnet, drawing proper weather conditions to your property es the need Prises; i.e., the best weather for the particular cron that is coming in.
As a art of analogy ... (I can see this plainly in my mind, and understand it essily ... vet it is difficult to put into English) ... the U. S. rovt. has nut huge electronic "ears" into a large connect ares ... dispersed over thet prep ... to form one great big huge "listening ear" into outer space. NOTE: TO MY SIK SCIENTISTS .... I am now working with Canadian farmers, for the first time in my career ... in werther control to help bring in their crops. Not long pro they were suffering from drought ... ind contacted me for rain. I made it rain plenty, and their crops were saved. Their next crops need different werther ... munny and warm wer ther clear into November (it is supposed to get cold this month, September ... which could ruin their present tyre of crons). Now, I have many times "hit" in eres to bring rein or drought ... and it rought it, whatewr .. ,and that was that. But this is the first time I have ever attempted to HOLD the same weather pattern for months. I knew you would be interested to see the above intelligence ... knowing how consistent I am in bringing in "miracles" ... and seeing how the Si's work with me on projects. If I leave a key mechanism out of a project ... then the Si's communicate, and tell me. If I do not have & necessary key element in my "kitbeg" of some 150 mechanisms, then the Si's give me a NEW MECHANISM TO USE. Will keep you informed on all of this.
I am very herny ... to be doing something creative at this point ... instead of clobbering some city, or pro team. (Well, of course, I am clobbering a few teams now (15) ... but still this working with Canadian farmers is a step in the right direction.)
