Mr. William Holden

My name is Ted Owens, and I am called "The PK Man". My business is to create miracles.

Background: Am a member of Mensa, the high-IQ organization. My work is being observed by six scientists, three of them internationally known. At this point in time I have accomplished 287 miracles, documented. "Occult America" by John Godwin (Doubleday) has a photo of me, and a brief description of my work as of 1970. "Revelation: The Divine Fire" by Brad Steiger (see enclosed) has a longer description of my work. "What The Seers Predict For 1971"; "What The Seers Predict for 1972"...books by Brad Steiger listing predictions of America's top psychics, have chapters on my work. "Predictions for 1973" by Glenn McWane, again America's top psychics, has my work in it. "Psychic Detective" and "Satanism" by Brad Steiger and David Macmaster are two new books being prepared...and will have my work in them. Saga magazine has had half a dozen articles about my work, written by Otto Binder; one by myself.

The reason for this letter: Africa is in a terrible drought. Losing 400 million dollars, I understand. I can end its drought, and put water into its wells, rivers and streams. Have done this thing twice...thoroughly documented...in ending the U.S. six-year drought on the East Coast, and the 2-year killer drought in India some years ago.

I know this is strange...sounds fantastic and unreasonable, especially to someone who has lived in Hollywood and on the West Coast...but nonetheless it is all true.

I wrote to you care of Saga...but they take quite a long while to forward mail, and time is of the essence...for Africa.

If you would be interested in saving West and South Africa...I'm the one who can do the job for you.

Sincerely,

Ted Owens (PK Man)
