Background: Am a member of Mensa, the high-IQ organization. My work is being observed by six scientists, three of them internationally known. At this point in time I have accomplished 287 miracles, documented. "Occult America" by John Godwin (Doubleday) has a photo of me, and a brief description of my work as of 1970. Saga magazine has had half a dozen articles about my work, written by Otto Binder; one by myself. The reason for this letter: Africa is in a terrible drought. Losing 400 million dollars, I understand. I can end its drought, and put water into its wells, rivers and streams. Have done this thing twice...thoroughly documented...in ending the U.S. six-year drought on the East Coast, and the 2-year killer drought in India some years ago. I know this is strange...sounds fantastic and unreasonable, especially to someone who has lived in Hollywood and on the West Coast...but nonetheless it is all true.
