TO ALL CONTACTS

I think I'm off my rocker...for wasting my precious time, and going to the necessary expense...to send all 35 of you this particular letter. But am going to do it anyway.

As you know, Brad Steiger gave me a chapter in his recent book, "What The Seers Predict for 1971"...I knew what he wanted...but I chose instead to lay out the long-range future of the U.S. as I saw it, precognitively.

In this letter I will get back to the herd...and give you my precog impressions of this specific year, 1971, coming up from this date.

GOVERNMENT

There's an old saying in playing poker in the Navy..."down and dirty" for the last card in a five-card stud game. Or was it seven. Anyway...this year is IT for the U.S. Government. As everything collapses around it, the govt. will be unable to cope. And as it becomes unable to cope, the people will lose all confidence in it...become infuriated with it...and reject it. To be more specific...as everything goes broke everywhere (due to years of U.S. flushing yeah billions of dollars down the give-away drain) the govt. will not be able to stop the runaway car going down the hill without brakes...and it will crash at the bottom. Kaputt government. This year the U.S. economy will FAIL (Nixon's prognosticating notwithstanding) and yeah businesses will go broke. Railroads will throw up their hands; banks fail; the stock market will hit bottom and for all practical purposes go out of business because (1) people won't have money to buy stocks and (2) even if they did they won't trust stocks anymore after this year.
- The govt. will shuck Admirals, Generals, Colonels, etc., off the cob galore. Tough year for the brass. The govt. won't be able to afford keeping them on the payroll after this year.
- Younger members of the govt. (Congressmen, Senators, etc.) are going to drive the older members (in the majority) nuts this year...going for changes in government setup. (Long overdue; and, like a tonsillectomy for an adult...it should have been done when the adult was a young child. Now...the changes are going to be painful...if there's time before utter destruction of our government setup.) And of course the old men in govt. will fight back, no holds barred...to stop progress. An old story.
- President Nixon may not be able to survive this coming year, strange as that may seem now. He hasn't an inkling how fast everything will escalate to knock Humpty Dumpty off the wall. And Humpty Dumpty he will be. Unfortunately. He hasn't paid attention.
- Making matters worse, REVOLUTION in the U.S. will rear its deadly head this year as it has never done in our history...and strike in a deadly manner with cobra venom in its fangs. This will drive the govt. to even more distraction, considering all its other shattering problems which it must face...and can't possibly solve.
- Some top government men will die. I believe six will. Men of top status. This from militant action and revolutionary force. Agnew will probably be one, for starters. Senators and Congressmen had better hire bodyguards, as of right now.

BUSINESS

Generally speaking...business will completely fall apart and go bust in 1971. Small businesses will go into bankruptcy everywhere. Only huge corporations may be able to hold 'on'...yet many of them will sink, too. Banks will fail here, there and everywhere. The stock market will fail. People will "run" on the stock market, eager to get out what they can and put it in a shoe box in their backyard. Unemployment will shoot up, skyrocket, in 1971...as prices shoot up and skyrocket, yet salaries of workers remain much the same. And the workers will rebel, and strike, and because they have all the money they want...their problem is how to get rid of it legally. This will be their BIG chance. As small businesses fail, the crooks will snap them up. As corporations fail, the crooks will take them over. As people desperately cash in on their real estate holdings everywhere...the crooks will gladly buy it everywhere. What will the police be doing all this time? Either striking, quitting, or joining the crooks. (In the majority, that is.) Even many good government agency men (thus far) will go over to Mafia and Syndicate "take"...because in near time coming up they can be bought.

THE MILITARY

This huge, all-powerful complex which has so dominated the American scene... will get its come-uppance this year. As the government breaks down...and as business breaks down...the "glue" holding the military together (money to pay its salaries) will vanish...and the military will fall apart, in the main. Our Navy, Army and Marine forces will shrink...just as those of France and England shrunk when those countries went bust, finally. What will be left...will be a skeleton force...barely able to cope with any conventional war anywhere. It will be loaded with nuclear weapons; yet unable to use them. And too broke to fight a conventional war. And the worst blow of all...the people of the U.S. will turn their backs on the U.S. military en masse.

THE WEATHER

Twin hurricanes will smash into Florida in the 1971 season. Or one into Florida and one into a nearby state...a near miss for the second. It will be nip and tuck which happens. Anyway, disaster for Florida. California will be stricken with fire, flood and quake as it has never been stricken before. And in the summer...white-hot heat will sear the midwest...and the west...as it has never been seared before. Terrible heat. Drought will lie all over the land. Water will be scarce; never mind if it's polluted anyway. What's left, will be scarce...and the selling of water will become GREAT BIG BUSINESS. And with the heat and scarcity of water...will come the wiping out of livestock on a wholesale basis in the midwest and west, as a natural result. Also in spring and summer...rodents and insects will gang up over the country...causing chaos and havoc among the farms, and the country as a whole.

## PERSONALITIES

Since Larry Maddry and others so yearn...for predictions re famous personalities...then of course I must provide same. I wouldn't want to be considered "different" from the other commercial psychics I keep company with (I'm not commercial, or didn't you know that).

Jackie Kennedy Onassis...will probably be found with her throat cut...or dead from "too many sleeping pills" this year. Anyway, she'll be swept out of the way by the types she's been keeping company with...who find her too expensive to keep on; too little fun and games coming from her; and to make room for others with more sweet honey in the comb. Or she may be put away as a mental case, surprisingly as that may sound. Anyway...kaput Jackie.
Richard Burton will reach far down into the manhood Liz Taylor has long stomped on...and beat the hell out of la Taylor and leave her...perhaps before she ruins him utterly and completely and finally. And after Burton, she will not be able to find another mate, because she will be in too bad a shape, physically. Burton will be the last she'll have.
I believe Frank Sinatra will pass away this year.
Dean Martin will have to have major surgery...and will barely live, but he's tough. Chest difficulty. However, make it he will.
Bing Crosby...will pass away this year.
Bob Hope...will have to have major surgery; and give up any future road shows or world travels for good. But he'll live.
Billy Graham...will be hospitalized and probably have to have surgery. He will give up all of his huge road-show and hoop-la...and get back to being the good man he used to be, quite a long while back...making occasional appearances and writing books of an inspirational nature. But he has a bad heart...and it could sign off anytime.

There. I hope I've covered enough famous personalities up there to satisfy those who demand such trifles.

## THE WORLD

It will be Russia's big year. The bear has been deploying chess pieces all over the globe...many moves ahead of the U.S. In this particular chess game...and 1971 will see Russia putting the U.S. into one checkmate after another. Keeping the U.S. in check. And beads of desperate sweat will spring out on the forehead of the U.S., as it sees how Russia has outmaneuvered the U.S. practically everywhere. Cuba will become internationally significant this year, as the U.S. has to admit to its people that Russia has loaded Cuba with weapons of terrible destruction...and we can't really do a damn thing about it. Unless we want to have some of our major cities wiped out in trying to defang Cuba. China will become at last a major military power of the world...and link up with Russia, no matter what the "experts" say now that Russia and China will fight. No they won't...not until they've mutually settled our hash, the U.S. And this year they'll really go into high gear in doing just that. As the U.S. breaks down, economically and politically, this year...the bear and the dragon will bring out its muscle against us...aces they have in the hole that our people are not even aware of. And this country will be faced with real, honest, live or die choices. The African negros, urged on and helped by Russia, will turn on and destroy whites living there. In the Caribbean area... the natives of Haiti, Jamaica, etc., will subtly slip poisons into the food and drink of Americans and British...and otherwise chastise the tourists there...until the area becomes their own once more. They are doing this now...but each visiting American that drops dead is labeled a "heart attack". Bad for business, you know. However, this will escalate until it gets out into the open...and Americans and British will get the hell out of those islands, and leave it to the natives who had it in the first place. As you might guess, this will all become well-organized in order to make it work; and it will work. Even the Syndicate and the Mafia will have to throw up their hands and get out, real estate deals and gambling notwithstanding.

Mexico...which has had two faces for so long...one friendly to the U.S., yet more than friendly to the Communists...will swing over to strong communism this year. Openly.

Canada will become openly hostile toward the U.S. this year, and cut off the flood of Americans going up there. Trouble over pollution of water in Lake Erie and thereabouts...will cause Canada to have second thoughts about contact with the U.S. in any way, shape or form. Canada will, in effect, draw together an iron curtain of its own, for its own protection. Against the U.S.

South American countries will really turn on America this year. As our money becomes less and less...South America will get tougher and tougher with Americans and American companies. I should say, Latin America, excuse me. But this also includes South America. Latin America will swallow the holdings of many big major American businesses this year, on this or that pretext.

All in all, it should be some year, 1971.

Some of this might extend into 1972, because time is a fooler, as I stated in Brad Steiger's book. But all this will take place in 1971-72, as sure as my name is

(Continued Jan. 19, 1971)

SPECIAL...As you know, Sunday was the last chance I had to beat the Cowboys and keep them from becoming World's Pro Football Champions. Remember...before the season started I notified the Cowboys, Jets, Chiefs, Dolphins and Eagles...that I'd stop them with psi-power attacks. Well, the game was a typical weird, freaky game as all PK'd games are. The Colts actually didn't have a chance of winning...the SI's won it for the Colts...by PK'ing the Cowboys, created by freaky tipped balls both times. Also the SI's stopped the Cowboys on the one yard line, of the Colts. The first half, was rough. But in the second half the psi-power really went to work. When I got the Colts up even with the Cowboys, and only a teensy bit of time left....I called on the SI's for extra help. They responded by causing a couple of breaks that got the ball down for a close Colt kick. THEN THE SI'S ACTUALLY HELPED CARRY THE BALL OVER THE GOALPOSTS. Don't believe that? Then you didn't read the account by the holder and the kicker. They both said that when the ball was kicked it started to fall short...then buoyed up again and sailed over. So the SI's really won the game for the Colts. Weird, but true. The local paper called the game "bizarre". It sure was. So anyway...I got the last little Indian, which gives me a perfect score for this year's pro football PK season.

NEVADA...what's been going on with my PK project there? Well, Sonny Liston was found dead...with dope in his house. This of course is more bad publicity for Vegas...also directs attention nationally to the ugly presence of dope in Vegas. Something the hoods sure do not want called attention to. Also...just recently it was ten degrees in Nevada. Believe it or not. The cold has been killing business, I am told by a contact there. To add to that...Nevada had storm winds recently of 96 miles per hour!

NOTE: Be SURE and get a copy of March 1971 Saga magazine, if I can't get you one. There's a great article in it about my work, by Otto Binder. (I've seen an advance copy.)

MAKE A NOTE: I predict that someone will try to kill me, or have me killed, in 1971-72. If they are successful...somebody build a grave on top of a mountain...and I swear to you that in that church the happy people will be given a new life, and peace of mind. Because I'll be radiating psi-force from the grave. That's a fact.

In January TRUE magazine there's a story about Dr. Fogel and the M's, or Mensa members. Dr. Fogel is the scientist who tested me and found my IQ to be in the Mensa range. It's a great organization...and tells you how to go about joining up.

FINALLY: I'm now PK'ing a continent. Africa. Directing PK to sweep out all whites and give the continent back to the natives and the animals. Just saw "Elephant Country" on TV...the animals in Africa have little water or food, and are being all killed off. From now on an irresistible force will be in motion...to get all whites out of Africa, and keep them out for good. The African continent...is to grow again, become wild again, with the good life for the natives and the animals. And stay that way. Keep your eye on Africa, and you'll get a lesson in how psi-force works.
