Dear Dr. Zeitsev:

My name is Ted Owens, called "The PK Man" (PK for psychokinesis). Many articles and some books have dealt with my work in the field of psi-power and psi-force, in the United States. I am currently under the observation of five U.S. scientists, three of them internationally famous. A well-known astrophysicist has stated that I am probably the world's greatest psychic, and have the world's most powerful mind. (See Saga magazine, March issue, 1971.)

I have written to the Premier of Russia...offering to come to Russia and work with your scientists there. But have never received an answer. This was some time ago.

If you like, will send you numerous magazine and book articles about my ability to cause miracles by using psi-force.

Now I will make you a present, a gift.

I read "Psychic Discoveries Behind The Iron Curtain" book, and see that your cosmonauts have sent words telepathically...by using strong emotions at timed intervals...back to earth. In another portion of the book I read where you have become adept at using telepathic hypnosis on subjects; i.e., you have a strong control on this phenomena. I am now going to give you the perfect method of informing of various emergencies which might come up in outer space, involving your cosmonauts...utilizing telepathy...a system which should be fool-proof for you, due to the strong control involved.

You will send an ESP master, your best telepathist, along on the space flight. This ESP master will have previously practiced with five subjects, putting the five to sleep many times utilizing telepathic hypnosis. He will carry with him in the rocket five photographs of the five subjects he works with. On the earth, these five subjects will be placed in five separated, different geographical locations within Russia...and be carefully attended during the space flight by scientists. Now, Subject 1 will represent Power Failure. Subject 2 will represent a dangerous illness on the part of one of the cosmonauts. Subject 3 will represent an attack or approach by aliens or alien craft. Subjects 4 and 5 other key situations. Thus, if there should been emergency situation in outer space, and communications should go out...then the ESP master will take out the appropriate photo...and put that subject to sleep on earth...thus you will be informed of precisely the situation that is occurring. Also, due to the feedback between the telepathists and subject, subject will be able probably to shed extra light on it.
