Dear Dr. Mishlove:

I have now finished my experiment in knocking out "power" and power sources. The tail-end of that file will reach you as soon as I can get it pasted up and xeroxed.

Now, beginning today, I will utilize my own powers...the powers of my UFOs (Control)...the powers of and the newly-found powers of Xtolac (Mayan Power), a living entity thousands of years old that my mind joined up with in Uxmal, Yucatan, while I was there recently...

to bring tremendous and long-lasting rains to Australia, which is stricken with a killer-drought...

and to India, in the midst of its worst drought in 70 years...

and to Africa, where millions of people are starving and dying because of drought.

In a bit will fill you in on the why of it, as soon as I get my Yucatan Report typed up.

while I am at it...I will work to bring rains all over the world. Tremendous rains everywhere on earth.
